Ed started in the retail business as a salesperson in 1977. During his 21 years of retail experience, Ed served in every role on the "front end" and ended his retail career as a GM/partner of two dealerships. This experience launched him into a new 8-year career at Sonic Automotive, Inc., where Ed served in a number of roles, including Vice President of Used Vehicle Sales. Ed is credited with co-creating Sonic Automotive's "Dealer Academy," for which he personally wrote much of the curriculum.

Doug started his career in the industry as a lot porter and worked his way through every dealership department, holding positions such as line mechanic, service writer, new and used car sales, finance manager, sales manager and general manager. Doug understands dealerships and what it takes to make them successful. He ended his career in retail when he joined Bank of America, where for 6 years he served as their VP of Remarketing on the West Coast. Having the opportunity to work and train with some of the most sought after speakers and trainers in the automotive industry, Doug attained the skills to do what he likes best: training, coaching and growing others into their potential and beyond.

Stephen is an experienced automotive expert with in depth knowledge of online car sales and advertising. He began his career in sales at a dealership and worked his way into the online marketplace with cars.com and AutoTrader.com in central Texas. Stephen is now a Process Improvement Specialist with CARFAX, who has experience working with leading dealer groups in our industry and helping them improve their used car operations with simple Best Practices he has learned in his experiences.
